Sustainable Action NFT’s The Micro-Action At the heart of the DuGut business model is the Micro-Action.
The donation form of a Micro-Transaction in the gaming and mobile app revenue model applied to making an impact. Each engagement in a Brand Action leads to the user being rewarded these Micro-Actions.
Driving Impact: Each Micro-Action leads to real world action occurring helping us push the needle on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (SDG’s). We decided to make these rewards digital, unique and transferable assets, as proof of your engagement in creating a better world. That’s why every Micro-Action Reward you receive is in the form of a Sustainable Action Non-Fungible Token(NFT). At launch we will have Micro-Actions like: Planting a tree, feeding a kid in need, adopting an animal and cleaning up ocean plastic!
Why use a Non-Fungible Token? A Non - Fungible token is a unique blockchain token, meaning, that one is different from another, they do not always have the same value as this is subjective. Because of this we can work in metadata related to the purchase, the action, the brand sponsoring the action, and the user receiving this action. We can also create a rarity system so that when you receive one, you have the chance to receive a rarer and more valuable one.
Secondary Market for Trading These traits given to a Sustainable Action NFT can create a secondary market for trade and transfers of these digital assets. We will be integrating a transfer tax into the sale and purchase of these NFT’s on the open market, a portion of which will go towards the sustainable action, providing recurring micro transactional income towards the solution. Another part of the transfer tax will go towards the DuGut corporation so it can continue to make an impact and expand the community.
Further complexity: As we grow and the community adoption shows us where to improve our Trophies, we can upgrade the contracts to include a host of different features which will increase the likelihood of trade on a secondary market. These will come later on in the roadmap.
This includes things like :
Integrating Levels and Functionality of the NFT’s in the DuGut App world and games
Allowing future NFT’s to be upgradeable, while holding higher level NFT’s can bring you more loot or higher chances for rare rewards
Allowing brands to place discounts and deals into their NFT offers as they weave in their current Brand Loyalty programs into their DuGut Purpose Campaigns
Creating 3D AR versions of the graphics so friends can visit your DuGut Trophy case and see your achievements in 3D
