DuGut introduces an Engaging and Fun Platform that aims to connect, raise awareness to change behavior of the younger generations, so they can take real-life sustainable actions, free of charge… 1 Micro-Action at the time!
DuGut can offer these Micro-Actions for free because they are sponsored by the brands that want to connect with these hard-to-reach target groups and reward them in exchange for Brand Engagement. The DuGut Platform will utilize all the modern technologies, including blockchain mechanisms, cryptocurrency rewards, and our own NFT's.
The DuGut Company www.dugut.app/company is a Social Venture that is profitable by design. Our single goal is to enable Action, inspire the younger generations to drive change and build a new sustainable economy. DuGut has got its own content team(s) that travels the world and develop Sustainability Campaigns that enable users to learn about our problems, but also solutions so they can take Real Micro-Actions, such as cleaning up plastic waste, plant a tree or feed a kid in need for a day, etc.. Today, everybody wants to be an Influencer!
DuGut has got its own content team(s) that have been traveling the world to film our most pressing issues and solutions. We already have created content for more than 100+ short videos for Tik Tok/Instagram, etc. By creating the DuGut Foundation we started to attract a lot of young volunteers from around the world (mostly 20-25). These young talented content creators are all passionate about sustainability and are producing quality and shareable content for us. We are currently hiring volunteers with a rate of 2 to 4 per week… And this is just the beginning. Today, everybody wants to be an Influencer, and their message has sustainability in mind.
The Shores have changed again!
Changing Shores creates opportunities. Platforms such as Tik Tok have blown-up out of nowhere. Therefore, there are many users on the platform but not enough content creators so almost every post gets an enormous amount of views. But not every message gets attention… The younger generations don’t click on ads anymore because they are invading their personal space and on top of that they don’t trust corporations. By using the DuGut Platform your Brand can reach the Younger Generations with Content created by their Peers. This methodology will give your message trust and makes it shareable, so it can go viral.

Corporate Social Responsibility: To grab the attention of the younger generations we have to go to solutions that Create immediate impact that makes a difference long term. These young people are across the board donating less and would rather invest their time and voice into supporting a cause then their money. This means the old method NGOs use to raise funds will be dying with the baby boomers and gen - X. As a result these causes will need a new way to get funds on scale…
For too long causes were handed large sums of money which they locked behind regulation and red tape, meaning which people on the ground needed the funds they were difficult to obtain. That's why we create contracts with our causes and want to know exactly what each dollar a brand sponsors will do and focus on specific measurable actions. This also allows us to side step greenwashing tactics off the past.
At DuGut we are Focusing on dollar per action causes that drive the solution. Think about planting a tree for a dollar, feeding a kid in need for .5 cents, or providing a water filtration machine for 20$, all of these Sustainable Actions are measurable and provide results.
Before brands would spend their corporate social responsibility budget on large projects, then advertise their efforts. This is an extremely inefficient method of attracting brand loyalty through sustainable action. At DuGut we allow the user to choose the cause they care about, and the corporate sustainability budget is spent only when the user engages. This means that the brand knows the funds spent lead to a direct engagement and behavioral change with your users. This is the psychological background which will Reinforce Positive emotional association with the brand.
Advertising: The advertising space is filled with misinformation and mechanisms that do not drive real conversion for brands. A great example of this is the study done with Google ads and Amazon, which showed that the majority of spending Amazon was going on Google ads, was on people who were already searching for Amazon on google. When searched the ad version of Amazon as a results pops up on the top section and naturally being the first selection it was chosen by the user. The internal review showed them they were spending the majority of their budget acquiring users that were already looking to use their platform. The current advertising space is filled with similar stories as well as Inefficient methods. Most users don't want to see ads, and these ads are forced upon them. As a result the brand loyalty worsens. Highly targeted ads also serve to perturb and worry users who feel annoyed at being tracked across platforms. Enter DuGut which reverses the roles and allows users to engage the brands supporting the causes they care about. Now when a client creates a DuGut campaign which a user interacts with, not only are they generating real good will based on the sustainable action they sponsor, but they also know the user has chosen them!
Gamified Platforms: Gamified social experiences are increasing in popularity, and their is a need for a positive, and collaborative experience in the gaming community! Challenging your friends and winning, while at the same time building your trophy case has shown to be a rewarding and addictive experience. When you mix this with the positive emotions of altruism and weave in sustainable information you get a fun journey which can drive behavioral change at scale.
With the younger generations flocking to online platforms like Roblox to hang out, we believe creating an interesting and engaging digital experience will captivate their attention. DuGut can become the go to place to hang out online and make a difference. As you challenge and compete with others you can easily make friends and chat afterwards about the rewards you received!
As you roam the collective 3D world you can invite others to come check out your personal home where you can use your sustainable action reward NFTs to decorate and upgrade your digs! Just like in Animal Crossing you can hangout with your friends in your own portion of the 3D world, explore a collective one where information exists on different global issues or visit a brands section to learn more about how they are making a difference!
Social Media: Continuing from the previous section, as we develop the 3D world and DuGut mobile app/ web suite, we believe we will also be positioned to act as a social media outlet for our community!
We believe a shift is occurring globally as the youth focus on doing good versus looking good. It is our goal to start changing the Status Quo to Reward Altruism and focus on how much impact you create as the new form Influence. Meaning the Greta Thunbergs of tomorrow become supported by our communities ecosystem to do more good as they influence the minds and hearts of our youth!
Most people engage in social media so that they can get gratification from their social appeal. The gratification comes from others valuing your content and posts, and choosing to support or engage in what you are doing. We believe that a "do good" or altruism based community is ideally placed to facilitate this type of community engagement! As the community gains traction and critical mass this will accelerate our ability to create behavioral change and facilitate sustainable actions.
At a certain point the community will grow larger then it is possible to moderate by the corporate team, as can easily be seen by platforms like Reddit and Facebook. Reddit does this using community guidelines established within the sub-reddit's and enforced by the community or moderators. Facebook does this by using algorithms to decide what is good and not good content. The latter is not ideal for DuGut as it is hard for a computer to determine the subjective value of what is "good" for a community. This is why we will take a merged response using the community to upvote what is and isn't good and algorithms to reward users for curating this content! This is covered more in the Reputation and Governance section of the Blockchain section. This will be our method of providing a future decentralized model for the community which we can grow into as development allows.
